Shipping and Delivery
We offer $30 standard shipping. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2 business days after placing your order for processing. G Jewelry Co. will send you an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.
In-stock items ship in 2-4 business days. If back-ordered, please allow 4-7 weeks for delivery. Rush options may be available, please contact info@gjewelryco.com.
Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Each product has its own lead-time in its description.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping on all of our items.
Please note that some of the countries outside the U.S. may charge taxes, custom duties, or Import Fees and the recipient will be responsible for the payments. They will be collected by FedEx, UPS or DHL before the package can be delivered.
When shipping internationally, G Jewelry Co. will not be responsible for any delayed deliveries due to import issues. All the charges that are incurred on a refused delivery as well as the cost of the return of the package to G Jewelry Co. will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
