Shipping policy

Please allow 3-6 weeks for your order with us to arrive. A $30 flat rate will be added to each order processed online. Once the purchase has been headed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us. Purchases made online are not eligible for returns. Purchases made in store are eligible for a 14 day exchange policy, no refunds. G Jewelry is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged please reach out to us so that we may assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Each order placed and shipped will require a signature upon arrival.
